The muscle recovery division needs 10 minutes of your time to keep you training at an optimal level. Whether you're the type of athlete with an aching back, stiff legs, tendonitis, shin splints or even sore muscles we can take care of you.

We utilize proven methods which enable us to speed your recovery time, dramatically increase range of motion and relieve stress within the convenience of 10 minutes.

Through an accelerated massaging touch by speed and power, you get a form of therapy that is percussive massage. The soothing stream of successive, rapid percussions that is this patented technology eliminates friction, bruising and fatigue, while offering any number of benefits, from pain relief therapy and muscle rehabilitation to the increase in athletic explosiveness and performance.

The continuous pulse of energy provided by percussive massage creates both mechanical and reflexive responses in body tissue. Under such a pulse, muscles are forced to contract and then relax. The nerves, in turn, signal the body to release more endorphins, affecting the heart rate, and ultimately leading to an increase in freshly oxygenated blood flowing into the area of treatment. With this option we're going to have plenty of time to make sure that all the tension has been relieved, better your alignment issues, get rid of any pain and give you more attention.

$25 for 20 minutes

Increasing your arm strength, getting you to jump higher and making you more explosive needs some extra attention but it can be done in 20 minutes.

$15 for 10 minutes

Great for shin splints, sprains and other minor stresses. Enough time to help relieve and eliminate the stress so that you can perform better as soon as we're done treating you.
